A model-change event with a matching test-report hash and rollback reference can be submitted for operator review. A separate operator token authorizes a single exact event digest, for a limited time. Actual execution must re-check the gate.
INTEGRITY + PROVENANCE / 04
Evidence chain
The local gateway verifies a keyed HMAC chain and stores event hashes, verdicts, model identifiers, and policy reasons without prompt/response plaintext. This does not replace off-host immutable storage or external security controls.
